Moving away from peace
Trying to gain prosperity
Thinking on these lines
Whom shall we grant victory?
None seems interested
When I talk of this country
Thinking that I am a fool
All move towards their destiny
My heart aches
When I think of the nation's misery
But,There is something wrong
We all seem to agree
Putting the blame
Thinking it's a game
None tries to help
Saying it's all in history
Lessons we learn
Have no effect
No matter how educated
We may be
Fooling around
Selling our soul
We think
It is prosperity
Misguided in faith
Blinded by belief
None can see the misery....

dude!! i seriously feel dat u shud make d politicians read it.they'll b ripped off frm their seats!! as far as d editing goes(sum1 has mentioned bout it in d comment), i feel poetry is an art...so u dnt have to be precise in writing ur language..u cn play wid words, n can maintain d monotony of ur speech..n dats d best thing 'bout poetry...!! so just keep up d good work..
